- Deposit refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of the order date.
- If production has been started and your add-ons already fitted, then these may need to be deducted from the deposit amount.
- Before a Go-Pod can be returned, the customer must allow the company sufficient opportunity to correct any issue or reason for it's return.
- A change of circumstance or change of mind is not considered as a legitimate reason to request a return. Please contact us to discuss options.
