- Deposit refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of the order date.
- Outside of the 14 day period, the £1000.00 deposit is non-refundable.
- Any fitted accessories will not be refunded.
- The cost of any unfitted accessories will be refunded.
- Before returning, sufficient opportunity to correct any issue or reason must be given.
- A change of circumstance or change of mind is not considered as a legitimate reason to request a return. Please contact us to discuss options.
