Delivery

Most customers choose to collect from our premises in Southport, Lancashire, as collection allows for a comprehensive handover from our Go-Pod experts, ensuring that you're well equipped and set to go in your new Go-Pod.

However, we do also offer a delivery option for customers who are not able to make the journey to our site (looking at you, customers in Devon & Cornwall!)

Delivery is charged at £2.00/mile (one-way only!) based on the shortest route shown on Google Maps, from our postcode to your address.

To calculate your delivery charge, simply Google "PR8 5LF to <YOUR POSTCODE HERE>" and multiply the resulting mileage by 2, or click "Directions" in the address box on the map below to be taken directly to Google Maps.

Delivery process

When your Go-Pod enters the final stages of production at our factory in Portugal, we'll contact you with an estimated completion date.

Some fitting is carried out in our workshops in Southport, Lancs (we fit the electrics to UK standards and any accessories that you've ordered) so please allow some extra time after you receive the "In production" update email from our automated system.

When your Go-Pod arrives at our premises, it's booked into the workshop for final fitting and at that point, we'll contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.

On your delivery day

Delivery services are provided by one of our external partners, who are not trained to provide the comprehensive handover talks that we give when collecting from our premises. As such, we recommend that you watch our online walkthrough videos prior to delivery to get accustomed to the features and operation of the Go-Pod.

Delivery checklist

It's recommended to have a copy of your order to hand, either printed or on your mobile phone, so that you can check that everything that you have ordered is present.

  • Take photographs (and videos, if possible) of the Go-Pod before & after it is unloaded.
  • Check the VIN plate and note down the chassis number - cross reference this with the Certificate of Conformity document that will be found in the drawer beneath the kitchen units. You'll need the chassis number to arrange insurance later.
  • Check that all of the accessories that you have ordered are fitted or included inside the Go-Pod.

If there are any issues during the delivery process, contact us for assistance. There rarely are, though, as we thoroughly check every Go-Pod before it leaves our premises - so once your Go-Pod is delivered, you'll be ready to go!
