How to order a Go-Pod
If you'd like to order a Go-Pod of your own, the process is easy. There are 2 options:
Order online
You can place your order online via our website shop page in just a few simple steps.
Visit the listing page of the Go-Pod that you'd like to purchase.
Fill in the required fields & click the "add to basket" button.
Visit the "accessories" page and add any required accessories/upgrades to your basket
Head to the checkout page to complete your order.
Please note that our website shop is set up to take the deposit payment for your Go-Pod (£2,000.00) plus the cost of any accessories only. The remaining balance is due for payment by bank transfer or debit card on your handover date.
Order with a salesperson
If you'd prefer to place your order with a member of our sales team, you can send us an email at [email protected], give us a call on 01234 816 832, arrange a video call or visit our showroom in person (Southport, Lancashire, PR8 5LF).
We'll walk you through the ordering process, take your deposit payment to secure the order and arrange a handover date.
Deposits
A £2,000.00 deposit is required to secure your order, with the balance payable on collection or 5 working days before delivery.
Deposits can be paid online via debit/credit card or PayPal. If you would prefer to pay via BACS transfer or credit/debit card via telephone, please select the "Head Office payment OR Pay by bank transfer" payment option at checkout.
Balance payments are strictly by BACS transfer or debit card payment only. Credit cards are not accepted for balance payments.
**When ordering online, the cost of selected accessories and upgrades will be added to the deposit amount. If you would prefer to pay just the £2,000.00 deposit to secure your order at this stage, and add the cost of accessories to your final balance, please select the "Head office payment OR Pay by bank transfer" option and we'll call you to take payment.**
Collection/handover presentation
When collecting your Go-Pod from our premises in Southport, Lancashire, you will receive a full comprehensive handover presentation from one of our team members.
They'll demonstrate the setup process, hitching up and unhitching, making the bed and operation of the other individual components and make sure that you are comfortable with everything before you set off.
Lots of Go-Pod customers choose to stay at a nearby campsite after collecting to get a good "test run" in with their new Go-Pod. If there's anything that you're not completely comfortable with, or would like to see demonstrated again, you're then just a matter of minutes away from us and in some cases we can even send a staff member to visit you on site.
Willowbank CP is a favourite of Go-Pod customers, but the nearby Southport CAMC (Caravan & Motorhome Club) site also has fantastic reviews.
If you plan to travel to us the day before your collection date, the Premier Inn Southport (Ormskirk) hotel is less than a minutes drive from our site. There are also a number of well reviewed hotels in Southport Town, along with restaurants & bars, 10 minutes drive away.
Delivery
We recommend collection where possible, but if the journey isn't feasible for you, we also offer home delivery.
Delivery is charged at £2.50/mile, one-way only, based on the shortest route displayed on Google Maps between our premises (postcode PR8 5LF) and your delivery address.
We recommend that customers watch all of our walkthrough videos before delivery to familiarise themselves with the setup processes and operation of their Go-Pod. A video call can also be scheduled with one of our team members for the day of delivery.
